Promised 30 days refinance and did not start after 4 months. Documents had to be renewed over and over, insurance had to be altered hundreds of time to their liking. 4 months later feds raised the rate so much there was no point refinancing let alone buying a property you want. Did not apologies or admit fault. Was charged over $2000 in fees. Do not go there you have been warned.

DO NOT GO THERE you’ve been warned. Was trying to get mortgage refinance due to their special program and promised 4 weeks quick closing, 5/9/22 paid all fees, opened account and made deposit , extensive delays and tons of excuses. Khine Mon aye promised 4 weeks but 4 months later end of August they finally re-request for all documents I submitted to them 4 month’s ago. Made lots of lots unreasonable requests on titles, 5 times changes on vesting, mortgagee, escrow terms etc caused even more waste of times. Now the rates are way high no more reason to continue work with them.
Think they ever wanted absorb fees and checking deposits
Now I’m out $1300 In fees, missed an opportunity to purchase property and now suffer high interest rate. All thanks to them.

It requires a Chinese government ID to open the checking account. No wonder few ppl came here and there's only 1 banker. Super out of charge.

美国的工行太不行了，问不同的员工会得到不同的回答，开户不能当时就给卡，只给account number，得自己跟他们要rounting number，网上银行巨烂无比，汇款必须亲自到他们分行，不能网上操作，跟国内的工行比就是渣渣，比美国的大通银行也远远不如
