If I could rate it a NEGATIVE 5 I literally would, this is by far the worst property management I’ve EVER rented from, communication is horrible, they try to take & keep your money over anything, I HAD A RAT INFESTATION FOR A YEAR in Portsmouth and they kept sending a exterminator that just stood there and did nothing. Mold in closets, floor tiles lifting, black mold in water. When I told them I was upset over the rat infestation and black mold, the lady response was “well you’re not living there anymore are you?” They’re highly unprofessional & I hope they get exactly they deserve when dealing with people’s homes.

DO NOT rent from this company they scammed me out of my money. The property I moved into didn’t have a work shower or heat. The house wasn’t livable. I only stayed 2 days and they refuse to give me my money back.

Communication is horrible and for it to be a property management business makes it even worse. I’m interested in a property that just so happens to be maintained by this company unfortunately. I reached out number times via phone (got the voicemail every time) and their preferred backup method via text and finally got a single reply today just asking what property. I received no follow up regarding my reply after giving the address. The part that makes this even crazier is I’m looking for a property management company to maintain my house due to me needing more space for my child. I was going to give this company at a shot but with this kind of poor communication I rather let my dog run it. Reach out to chick-fil-a and get the recipe for customer service also don’t forget to hire more people to answer the phone.

We were suppose to view a property at 1 and they told us to call them when we arrived so they can give us the code. they never answered the phone. we called we texted we emailed no response. we sat at the property for 45 minutes and no one ever responded

Call several time for referral fee for a client who was accepted as a renter. Unable to collect referral fee due to not answering the phone. Left several messages, no response. This is upsetting & totally irresponsible.
