Do not rent from them, they prey on military or people who move out of the state. They don't give you anything itemized for charges and wait until you threaten JAG or other legal options then they tell you they're charging you and that's that. No documents, nothing. Horrible customer service after their receptionist left. Hateful people that steal from their loyal tenants. Sad.
