Called them stranded north of Fairbanks on Memorial Day. Had a guy pick me and my truck up within an hour on a flatbed. Dropped my truck exactly where I wanted in my tight driveway. Great price too.

The vehicle was in a difficult to reach driveway, but Steve was able to install chains and do what the locals thought to be impossible. To those who are new, all towing in the Interior is expensive, not just the die hard guy who works weekends and is the dispatcher. Do please support small businesses, do not judge on perfection.

They will scam you out of money. Then just disappear. They have several open cases in small claims court.

I was told that a guy would be out in 15 mins and it would be $160 "plus labor" i patiently waited for an hour and a half. It took the tow driver less than 2 mins to get me out and he told me it was $360!!!! I feel sick to my stomach. I can't pay all my bills this month because I was gouged when I was in a vulnerable spot. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

These boys saved my a.. I am a tour guide and unfortunately got stuck close to Murphy Dome at 2 am on the way back from a tour(van full of people).I didn’t get the drivers name but that dude did everything possible to get my van out of the ditch and promptly showed up at the location.Highly recommend their service professional,reliable and courteous!

I called the Mayor who told me this company was in their rotating call list for city towing. I told him about the horrible reviews and what my friend wen through and to please not use them for city work. I hope he followed through and took this company off their call list.

Absolute Trash! Setup a tow insurance payed the bill. They never showed up called multiple time and they told me they would check with drivers and call me back never did. Vehicle had to stay on the side of the road over night at -20°. Scammers!

Assholes took a deposit for a tow and then stranded us in our car for 18 hours and kept saying they were coming out, but had zero intention of coming. Had to get a friend to come rescue us. Avoid at all costs.
