I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Jason Lopez. He Always answered all of my questions And if he couldn't, he made sure that he got them answered! and was very In tentative to my every need. He also was always very happy and cheerful every time I called And always had good advice for me. I have moved a few times, but I've never had such personal care as what I received from this company. He was fantastic. I really appreciated the personal care and treatment when I was in such a tight timeframe to look for another Home and Jason made things so much calmer with his personality and calmness thank you Jason and 33 property management you guys are the best! Highly recommended!!!

I am grateful to have Richard and Rental Property Management 33 managing my property. Richard is exceptionally knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and diligent. He consistently arrived 15 minutes early when showing our condo and patiently addressed all of my questions. Whether I texted or called him, he responded promptly and courteously. I'm an out of state property owner who hired 33 Property management to rent out my condo. The condo had recently had some major renovations and Rich went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order before a new tenant moved in. He even caught some issues with the work that was done and worked with my contractor to ensure everything was fixed. This saved me a trip and a lot of money, without 33 PMI I would have had to fly down to the property to self inspect.
