Took my 88 year old mother to the emergency room because she got hit by a small branch in the eye, while we were in the woods, they took all her insurance info quickly. Then said" we will call you when an examination room is available. Just so you know, there was nobody else in the emergency waiting area and no cars in the parking lot. We sat for another hour and a half. Receptionist never looked our direction. Then the Receptionist told us they needed to clean a room.
We went home, and took care of it ourselves.

We came in because a family member got into a four wheeler accident. The receptionist was very rude and was screaming at my mom but she didn’t know English. They were rude and laughing at my brother who had the accident. I would give negative stars.

Front desk rude, ER doctors don't even look over chart. 5 hour wait get into ER. Most time Drs just want push you threw. A bandaid station that you might want check the bandaids.

How, do you give a diabetic with low blood sugar 2 SINGLE lifesavers and think it's going to raise blood sugar to an acceptable level? I get yall are busy but seriously? Couldn't hold NOTHING down and have not for 4 days... Yall must do better!
