PLEASE BEWARE.. i was with All-State over 20 years. Never a problem. Then Kimberly shaw takes over. Nothing but problems. Opened a new policy in May. For 1 found out. They don't take cash. Witch hit me wrong. They make new rules. Yet do not tell there customers. I paid with credit card. Drove there's a couple days later. To sign papers. The man there did not know what he was doing. Had me there a good 15 minute. To sign 5 papers. I go out of town. Cause family member was sick. To come home to threatening letters. Saying if I do not sign papers. They will change my policy. That hit me so wrong when i did infact signthe papers. I go to cancel 4 months later. She new of the papers I signed. Never said sorry for that. But lied to my face saying they tried a bunch of times to contact me. When my number has not changed. Phone is alway on me. My email has bin the same for 30 years. And now it's 9 days later. No email saying my policy is canceled. Or a refund for 6 months left on my policy. 20 years I now have to find a new insurance cause of 1 woman. That can not do her job. I can't speak for anyone but my self. Only reason I pay for insurance is to feel SAFE. Knowing how this woman did not try contacting me. But Did change my policy. I have never in my life felt unsafe. And extremely scared. In fact i felt VIOLATED. THAT SHE COULD DO ANYTHING OTHER THEN WHAT WE AGREED ON.
