The other day I was looking for another insurance company because the other company was trash and was taking forever fr a quote to even get started. I checked my email and remembered how quick and attention to detail Casey was so I called him. We literally got everything done in less than 20 minutes kid u not!! Casey even stayed a few minutes over to ensure I had everything I needed to get goin. Nobody had ever been this fast, friendly and amazing as him!! So grateful to have him!! We recently had to request roadside assistance for an out of town repair. I initially contacted our agent, Carrie, and she answered my questions and encouraged me to use the app. The State Farm app made it easy to submit a request to have our car towed, and we received a response in less than 10 minutes. The tow company they dispatched was very helpful. And a State Farm rep followed up after our incident to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, they made a stressful experience a little bit easier to manage.

Well been w them a few years now. Had 1 small claim under 1400$ simple fender bender. They used that and a old speeding ticket to.cancel my policy. But they waited a year until they recouped their money then canceled me. I feel extremely betrayed . Casey and the office staff are nice and easy to work with . But they work for a crappy company
