Not being able to get ahold of you guys so people can make there payments on time is crazy to me. Not everyone can come in on the first and third of every month. People have jobs! Pretty upsetting that you have to call 50 time to get someone to answer. Don’t understand why there isn’t someone in the office daily for people. Like there are many people out there that can do that job and be there everyday. Just why! Been trying to get ahold of the lady and no answer like always!

Not a very good outfit. Inform me month after my tags were expired. Vehicles been brokedown for several months. Just informed me when trying to get updated insurance cards. That my insurance had canceled. An AUIC is no longer in the state of Arkansas which is not true and was never notified any other way

Never open or close early. Would be nice to have a note on the door or post on their website. I switched companies because of it. I would be there around 10 or sometimes 2-2:30 and their closed. .
