We changed to 1st Network Insurance Company this summer when my teenage son got his drivers license. They were able to save us a tremendous amount of money than my existing insurance company. I was especially delighted to get an additional discount by participating in a program for the 1st three months of my coverage that was based on my family's driving habits. It became a game between my son, husband and myself to see who was getting the better discount for being the better driver. We also changed our home owners and boat insurance over to 1st Network Insurance Company because by bundling it, we were able to save even more money. I have done business with Natalie in the past and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. I have been in the Hot Springs office, and was very impressed with the decor. The office atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The office staff is awesome too! Their customer service is top notch. They are also very prompt in returning phone calls. I would recommend 1st Network Insurance Company to all my friends and family!

This Insurance Office is top notch. Every member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and very professional. Made me feel like they cared about my Insurance needs. Raquel took the time to explain each quote and look at different providers to find us the best and most affordable coverage. I had to call her the next day to give her my Lienholder Information on 2 of my vehicles, and she was still as friendly as she was when i was in her office the day before. Highly recommend this Company if your in need of Insurance.

I have been very impressed with the level of service myself and my family has received from them. They have answered all our questions, saved us some money and to top it off when my wife was hit by someone a week before Christmas they provided us help along the way and told us if we ever felt in any way that the other insurance was not doing us right or giving us a hard time, then to make sure we contacted them back asap and they would make sure that we were happy and got what we deserved. I could not have asked for better top notch service! They truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond! We will be telling people if they want great service and friendly people and save money its the only place to go. Thank you and your team !

Our representative Helen has ALWAYS been AWESOME!!! Anything we have needed for our business or personal insurance needs, she has been able to find and set up for us at VERY reasonable rates, I might add!
Our business is extremely pleased with their service and personal touches! Helen has often times even come by Phil's Restaurant to bring us forms we needed or to chat and visit with us about our needs!!!
