Purchasing insurance is probably one of my least favorite things to do, but unfortunately something one can’t really do without. With that said, my experience with State Farm, specifically my new agent Tina, made this a great experience, as great as buying insurance an be, lol! Tina’s expertise was invaluable, and put my mind at ease knowing I was getting the right coverage for my needs. Would highly recommend.

Catina Mitchell was an amazing agent! She reached out to me and gave me a quote that was undeniable. I was paying more for my auto and home insurance separately with two different companies. She was able to bundle them along with two other coverages that I did not have. She was very knowledgeable, informative, patient, kind, and honest. Most importantly she had my best interest. She wasn’t just selling me something to get me to switch. She took her time and broke everything down and made sure I was comfortable before switching. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. I had the pleasure of working with Catina Mitchell throughout my process of purchasing a new vehicle and obtaining new insurance. I knew I wanted to get different coverage before I began my car buying experience. Catina worked with me virtually while I visited dealerships and quoted me with every vehicle I showed interest in. She communicated via phone, text and email all at my convenience. Once I made my purchase , she finalized my auto policy and took payment over the phone. I was able to sign all my documents electronically and finally came into the office for a quick visit to receive a lovely new customer gift and sign a single form. She also was able to get me set up with renter’s insurance that I needed but had been putting off because of the hassle. Everything was seamless, convenient and pleasant.
