My mother has been with Mark Cramer State Farm for many years and has always been pleased but we recently had reason for alarm. We received a letter from State Farm telling us that her home insurance would not be renewed. We panicked. Next, we did the smart thing and contacted Mark's office. Debbie took it from there. First, she reassured me. Then, she gathered the necessary information and she communicated with the appropriate people. She was wonderful to work with and our issue is completely resolved. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. They were certainly there for us and we are very grateful.
