Mountain Station is one of the worst place I have ever lived. My wife and I got married back in March, before we got married my wife told the office manger several times that I was going to be moving in and she need to put me on her lease, the office manger did nothing until the day of our wedding and told my wife either I be put on the lease or be thrown out. She has came into the apt several time without warning. The office mange has raised our rent three different times.The apt them self are great but the office manger is rude, hateful, and mean as hell. I say stay away and dont go there !!!!

Avoid this place. It went under new owners even worse than it was before. Now smoking isn't allowed anywhere on the property. Management is cruel & speaks disrespectful to the people. Constantly inspections. Never shows up when the day of inspection is.

Office manager is rude and nosey! Will leave notes on your door if she notices company coming or going. She wilw enter your apt when they do "inspection" or change filters. Again the apt them self are gorgeous but managment is rude and very unprofessional.

My mom lost everything she had on Christmas because we were one day late in being able to get all her things. She drives alittle car so we had to wait to use a truck. So the landlord changed locks on her. She was left with nothing.. Sad that some people can be so cruel especially during this time of year.. Thanks alot scrooge... Shame on you..

By far the worst customer service i have EVER received in my life.

Save yourself the trouble of calling to inquire about anything...No one who works here can "guarantee" anything nor are they willing to give any photos or information of the units they have available.

Such a disappointment.

The most rude person that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with.
If they are to answer your questions, please find someone that really cares about helping. Rude, non professional lady. I will tell everyone I know to stay way clear of place.
