Jason and his team are what I call miracle workers. If you have a grain of possibly, they will take it and turn it into an approval. I was told no/ not approved by other companies. But when Jason got my case I was approved immediately. They don’t mind going toe to toe with anyone on your behalf. I thought only lawyers fight so hard for you, boy was I wrong… Incredible is an understatement. Jason is a family man, a man of integrity and a way maker. While with family traveling , my calls and emails were answered asap. While this is a stressful process, you have to be patient. No other lending team like NATIONS LENDING ❤️

Jason had went above and beyond for me. He is not your typical 9-5 man. I literally texted him at almost 8 pm and he was at the movies with his wife. He answered the question I had. Another time his was all ready in bed and called me after a text. This man got it done for me.
The American Dream is alive and well. When you have Jason Cowgill from Nations Lending. Even if you are on Social Security, Jason can make it happen for you.
I have recommended Jason and Nations Lending to everyone I meet. I am online and I cant say enough about how helpful Jason was getting me a loan for my very 1st home.
Even though the loan was small. I was treated with Dignity, and like I was a VP.

I’ve been to him two times in the last couple of years ago and never wanted to help me when I had great credit and bad credit. The first time I had I tried to get pre approval from him and he didn’t want to work with me. I had a great credit report but my debt to income ratio was off. I went to another lender at USA mortgage and they helped me through it all and bought my first home and told me what I need to pay off and I did it in the last 4 months and got my house. I tried to go with him again because to buy a home and sell my home I explained my situation and he didn’t want me to help me through it because I had bad credit after I lost my job. He told me I have credit for a FHA loan but I missed a lot of payments. I told him what I was gonna do and have it payed off all my debt and still have enough for a down payment on a home that I was wanting to buy. So if you have a great credit and barely any debt he’s great. But when you have a situation like me all he’s gonna tell you to work on your credit. I would shop around lenders and see if they want to help you like situations like me because it shows that there not here for the money.

The team worked very good in getting everything done and Mr.Cowgill worked very hard to make sure everything was done for us and on time. He even took the time to make sure we understood everything and made the whole experience less stressful because we all know buying a house can be stressful!
