This place is a joke. They aren’t knowledgeable of the business they are running. You have to reach out to them because they aren’t forthcoming. An excuse used was “I’m sorry I don’t know what I’m doing. I was left with a big mess and I haven’t even been licensed for a month.” They were the agents/lenders for the buyer on the sell of my property. Let us do thousands in repairs at the buyers request and the buyer wasn’t even approved for the loan! Continually lying saying an appraiser was not available even though we found 4 APPRAISERS willing to do it. I feel mostly sorry for the buyer who has never gone through home buying before that they make think this is normal. I have heard of several instances of contracts terminated (like mine) because they didn’t get preapproval for lending and THEY ARE THE LENDERS. They need to spend less time marketing themselves and more time building their business by providing the service they offer.
