After TWO WEEKS of calling and begging them to pick up trash in our neighborhood, this is how they left the trash barrel. They are constantly late, and never show up when they are supposed to. It’s gotten to a point where neighbors have had to buy a second bin, because they won’t do their job. Now, they are taking their frustrations out on me, when I call and BEG them to do their jobs. There was a major holiday, and yet they did NOT come dump any bins. This is sad, and unprofessional, on every level.

Curtis Burks is the helper driver is Sam Jones truck number 0833031 There's almost not one week that goes by that I don't appreciate this guy since working with waste pro my trash cans are not all over the place it's always I have a nice day ma'am I really enjoy the trash people and try my best to keep my cans in line to make their job easier I greatly appreciate you waste pro

Aramis Smith and Heather Ryan make working with this company an easy experience. Just as with any company there can be issues that come up, truck down , driver called out, maybe a missed pickup. However, if there are issues, they get addressed quickly. Comminication with our company is what sets them above everyone else.

I have the absolute best service from this business! From the boss, Daniel to the guys who come weekly on truck 0833031 , Curtis Bevch and Samual Jones who come on time, never complain and place my trash can exactly as it was! They are friendly and professional. Always willing to go the extra mile! I would also like to add that any time I call with questions Arimus is willing to go the extra mile to direct me to the person who I need to talk to. She is patient and knowledgeable and willing to problem solve resources and ways to help me problem solve. I enjoy their communication skills and work ethic

Can't say enough positive things about our experience with Waste Pro. We have received TOP QUALITY service from our account rep (Heather Ryan) since day 1, and that has been almost 5 years ago now. Any billing concerns are addressed and followed up with, and additional service request or need for a roll off are a simple as a text away from being handled. Again, can't say enough positive things about our experience.
My only real issue, that isn't really an issue, is that I wish they'd let up on some of those nonsense charges like fuel recovery and environmental fees (in my opinion that's part of being in the business, it shouldn't be part of me being your customer).
