My husband and I wanted to take a quick long weekend in Mountain View. Found the perfect place when we picked this cabin. Perfect size and the views were breathtaking. We had a great girls trip. We loved sitting and drinking our morning coffee down by the river. We went hiking at sugar loaf mountain and Bridal falls. We enjoyed sitting in the evenings on the screened in back porch looking down at the river. Thanks for sharing your house with us! It was lovely!

Its a great cabin, definitely out of the way and takes a little bit of a rough drive but worth it if you are looking for the quiet. We saw LOTS of deer. The cabin is in need of a deep clean and we had some that had to leave because of allergies to mold and pet dander. The management was kind to come and take care of one of the issues we had. We weren't able to cook there as planned, but there were some great area restaurants to enjoy.

We caught over 30 trout.
We also had a BBQ and had a lot of fun.
One thing that was a little unfortunate was that the drain in the bathroom where we stayed was not good .We would like to use it again next time and would like to see improvements.

Very nice and very clean cabin with comfy couch, clean kitchen with stove+oven+plates+utensils and big fridge. Good relax in whirlpool tub and shower area. Nice swing and rocking chair in front of the room. If we have more time we want to spend a lot of nights at the cabin. Pictures that show on the website are the same as the real place; everything looks new, and you can smell the wood when opening the door the first time(comments on behalf of Dave).

My girlfriends and I came to Mt View to go hiking on the North Sylamore Creek trail. This house provided a great place for our “base”.
The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great get-a-way!
Our host was very reachable and provided the key code in a timely manner.
We loved the deck and had a fire and cooked s’mores on Saturday night. 😃
I would definitely stay here again!

The house was great
The family of 11 had plenty of room. Loved the large dining table. Rarely have we went somewhere the entire family could set together. House very clean and perfect for a large group. The only issue was not enough wash cloths, towels and dish cloths. Had to wash towels twice for all to shower.
