June 2020 my neighbor's tree fell on the back part of my house. Man just about a month later, July 2020 my house caught on fire and they were there to take care of both problems. If it weren't for Renee Martin, State Farm in Batesville, Arkansas I really do not know where I would be right now. They were all so kind and caring and they kept in touch with me to make sure I was okay. Because after two bad incidents I was just about beside myself but they were there to keep my spirits up.

When tree fell on back part of my house, had to have new roof. When electrical box caught on fire, had to have new electrical box, a lot of smoke damage, replace vents in Attic, rewire the house, repaint some rooms, take up carpet and fix floors, replace and redo closet, lost several items of clothes. So thankful the house wasn't a total loss. And thank you to the Batesville Fire Department for responding so quick.

I have been with Renee Martin State Farm for many years. I have moved my homeowners insurance to them now too so I trust them completely. The employees Halie, Rhonda and Charisa have been accommodating beyond belief! Even returning a text message on Christmas Eve after a fender bender. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mary Martin is not forthcoming about policy options. She tried to tell me a trauma story to scare me into purchasing a higher tier of insurance. Does not offer to explain all the buyers available options nor various discounts. She will automatically sign you up at the highest tier and not ask you about what you are looking for. My insurance has gone from $65/month to $127/month in 3 years. I have had zero wrecks/claims. I went in to adjust the amount of coverage I had after paying off my vehicle and the monthly cost was suppose to decrease but yet again has increased. What sells me is transparency, not gaslighting. I do not suggest Mary Martin.

Found out my current State Farm office is no longer local and that important to me. Called Renee’s agency and expressed the importance of a local agent. I have 2 properties and 5 vehicles and asked for a call from Renee. Renee called my current agent, told him my concerns without my permission and she never called me. I’m moving all of my business away from State Farm. That was not her place.
