Joey Travis has been our insurance agent for almost 25 years. Living in Northwest Arkansas you can count on weather impacting our lives. We recently had significant damage due to a tornado and I can honestly say that we would not have been able to get through the first two weeks without Joey’s guidance and support. Not only that, our policy is outstanding. Not because we reviewed it in detail, which we should, but because Joey took the time to make sure our home and property had the coverage we needed. NWA Insurance Group has an amazing staff!!! They are all personable and professional. They get any requests over to us straight away. Unfortunately this company represented an insurance company that billed us, cashed an almost $2k check for 6 month homeowners policy knowing they wouldn’t serve the policy due to bankruptcy. This was 4 months ago and this office has done zero follow up with the state to get status of our refund from this bankruptcy, however insisted they weren’t responsible since it’s our policy…they only sold it to us. Then proceeded to collect on a new policy from us to stay insured while waiting for our refund. Several follow ups to this office made with zero assistance in this matter.

Extremely responsive with the best plans at an affordable rate. They still care about interactive communication with their customers, which I value over cost. They managed to bundle my mortgage and auto, working out to a reduction in my monthly budget. Highly recommended!
