Recently started accompanying my husband over road. We stop often and not always where we would choose. Dirty inside and out! Strong disinfectant smell and all coffee and various machines/dispensers were “out of order” This place is definitely on my Do not return list and am disappointed that such filthy places are open! Arkansas you need to do better!!!

Most of the items don’t have a price. They said you have to bring it up to the register to scan and then you’d find out how much each item costs. What? Is that even legal?

At approximately 5 PM on January 24th I stopped by for a snack. As a disclaimer my debit card chip has malfunctioned, and will only swipe. I have frequented here before and know that after three failed chip attempts on the left register it allows a swipe, the same as ANY establishment. After waiting 1.5 minutes at the right register for the woman to stop talking about beating her child’s a double s, I realized that this particular register was not allowing me to swipe. No big deal, and something that I could have resolved in a few other ways such as the credit cards I keep in reserve. Instead of being calm and helping resolve the situation, the lady threw up her arms and screamed “dats what I’m tellin you, It ain’t gon’ work”. Instead of offering a reserve card or using the ATM, I threw my arms up as well and walked out permanently. Perhaps this place should consider a staff replacement.

I go in there at 135 pm, they are all sitting around talking, there's absolutely No Food anywhere, I ask if it's possible to get a pizza, and they catch an attitude and tell me I have to wait till 2nd shift comes in! I'm a truck driver and I don't get a whole lot of chances to stop and eat, then they all give me more attitude as I'm leaving

Just as with Regio Rod, also filled up 3/4 tank of reg unleaded on the evening of Nov. 10, 2023, in order to finish my drive to Jackson Ms. My vehicle made it back onto I-55S and approximately a mile later, the check engine light started flashing, promptly lost engine power and had to coast in neutral onto grass. That section of interstate was narrow one lane each, north and southbound with a portion of the shoulder as part of the travel lane. It was the worst possible place to have a bad gas stoppage, in the dark with little buffer room for safety.

Thank you to Arkansas State patrol and Arkansas DOT for providing escort/sitting with those affected. There were several vehicles to be towed and limited repair shops in the area. Hotels were booked but several of us were able to secure rooms, thankfully. Upon initially calling the gas station, they were unaware and seemed confused. As more calls came in, they escalated to the Owner, who then was able to call us back and start the process of resolution and claims. This incident has caused a 4-to-5-day trip delay on very time sensitive travel plans. This has been a great inconvenience to everyone that was affected and will still take several days and multiple interactions to attempt to resolve this issue.

Rude cashier, didn’t catch her name. Another lady came by and was polite and welcoming. Bathrooms are disgusting, whole place is honestly a dump. As another person commented, only stop here if you absolutely have to.

*Edit: The next morning, had to go inside again. Went up to pay for water, once again didn’t catch the name of the lady working the register but as I said hello… she didn’t say hi, smile, acknowledge that I’m able to pay for my stuff, absolutely nothing… just stood there staring. But, once again, the second girl next to her had more people skills and was friendly and welcoming to her store.
