This is by far the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with. They were very unprofessional and blamed us for damages that weren’t our fault. We weren’t even living in the unit and we had just went to view the unit. There was a leak in the bathroom and we had informed them about it way before we were even going to move in. After the fact we told them about it. They ignored the issue and waited till we came to move in and told us that’s it’s not available anymore and left us with no place to move to. Horrible! Save your self the headache and don’t bother to deal with this company!

Ok company, always nice and prompt when you call but very seldom reach out to communicate changes. Will hold your deposit what seems like forever- makes no sense to me that I have to reach out so much about repairs and my deposit. But again very nice!

I put a deposit on this apartment and right before I came to move in they they rented it to somebody else for a little bit more money and they gave me my deposit back

Can’t say enough great things about the lasley company! we have been with them for over 3 years and have never had an issue! The office Mr.Jimmy, Mr.Brian and the lady that answers the phone are always so nice and understanding! We will definitely miss them!

It takes months for anything to get done. They do not return phone calls or emails. They constantly pass the buck to other people to take care of issues in our unit. The people in the office generally have an annoyed and condescending tone when I do speak with them on the phone. The website's layout is not the most user friendly and their "app" is unusable.

I understand my landlord needed someone to help him manage all of his properties, but Lasley has created situations where we have nearly moved out TWICE because they would not take care of serious issues in a timely manner.

They get 2 stars simply because we aren't in a slum-lord situation. But it feels like, if Lasley had their way, they would let it get to that level.

I hate dealing with them and absolutely do not recommend.

I’ve been with the lasley company going on 4 years and absolutely have zero complaints. Not sure about other reviews saying things weren’t handled in a timely manner, but when I had issues with my dishwasher and disposal they were both fixed and replaced within the week. Sometimes parts have to be ordered and with the supply chain shortages this can take time… zero complaints and would totally recommend!
