We stayed two nights and were initially very happy with an updated hotel in Crossett, however the second morning we had no hot water. Guest services were very unconcerned and stated the temperature was correct, there was just no pressure. There was absolutely no hot water. There was no offer to discount; the rep just stated he had no authority to discount or refund and there was nothing he could do. Paying for a room that includes a shower and not being able to utilize it does not sit well with me, and I’m very disappointed.

Very nice lobby and sitting areas with game room entertainment selections, a small convince store of snacks, and more private work cubicals. And, there are actual throw pillows, 3 of them, on each and every seating spot/area. Free coffee however you take it.
Makes for cozy inviting atmosphere right when you come inside lobby. Very clean and well maintained front area and lobby restrooms. Friendly staff, too.

The host was cordial but not overly welcoming or informative. The room was modern and functional, albeit small. The main issue was the lack of housekeeping. The remote control was grimy, and there were a pair of bright yellow used ear plugs hanging on the bathroom door. How they missed that, I don't know. There was also a large brownish stain on the bathroom wall. As a Hilton Diamond member, this was my first stay at a Tru Hotel and will likely be my last.

Very nice and secluded hotel for our quick stay on the way home. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d stop there again in a heartbeat!

I travel for work and this is the closest hotel. Let me start by say the staff is absolutely amazing. They are very kind, informative, and extremely warming. Breakfast is always great with plenty of options and late night snacks whenever. Walmart is super close so that’s a plus. With that being said I’ve stayed several times and each time I’ve had to clean the restroom. I’ve complained so much I no longer see the point in doing so, I just bring cleaning supplies with me.

This was a very nice hotel. I was highly impressed to find a hotel of this quality in a smaller market. It was in a great location near a few eating establishments. It was also in walking distance of a Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree as well. The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice. There is gravel next to the parking lot that will accommodate at least 3 if not 5 semi tractors and trailers which is great! I did not take the opportunity to have breakfast as I was enjoying relaxing in my room. If I am ever in the area in the future I will not hesitate to stay here again. I
