Professional and Knowledgable- April helped us buy two investment properties in the Birmingham area. We are in Colorado so we really had to lean on her to bring these pruchases to a close. The properties were in probate so there was lot's of challenges that came up but she did a great job of working out what needed done. She was a great advocate for us and was able to negotiate a substantial price adjustment based on the inspection. I will plan on working with April again in the future if we look to purchase more properties in the Bham area.

This lady gets over on people and takes their application fee’s without ever even going forward with processing their application.Her application system is always down and she tells you misleading information just so she can get your application fee which tells me she wouldn’t have been a great landlord anyway.My daughter is a full time graduating dentil student which means her hard earn money isn’t easy to come by.That which you took from her you will loose more than that…..
