Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I had two incidents that left me determined never to return to this store.
1. One staff member seemed entirely unfamiliar with Amazon’s "no label or box needed" return policy. She repeatedly insisted I needed to find a box to ship my return, despite my explanation of Amazon's instructions. She even claimed, “We don’t work with Amazon.” I had to leave to avoid wasting more time.
2. On a separate visit, I brought two boxes with QR codes for each. A different staff member printed the labels, carelessly dropped them on top of the boxes, and gave me a look as if to say, “You can leave now.” When I asked her to ensure the correct labels went on the correct boxes, she acted insulted, as if I was questioning her competence. I decided not to argue and left. Now, two weeks later, both packages were returned to me because they were sent to the wrong addresses. I have to purchase new shipping labels myself, costing me additional time and money. This level of carelessness and attitude is so unacceptable!

Whenever I need to go to the UPS store in San Carlos I make sure I deal with Jessica. Jessica wastes no time and is very knowledgeable. No matter the issue she knows exactly what to do. We need more people like Jessica! Highly recommend Jessica to anyone!!!!!

Consistently the worst experience at any shipping store I've ever had. They seem to make up new rules every time I go there as far as what boxes can be used - even what UPS boxes! I've given up on using this store and use other locations.

If you are looking for timely notary services with reasonable customer service, definitely recommend an alternative place.

I have used their UPS services and that’s great.

But when it comes to notary, the service at this location takes forever without any indication on when the service can be provided and on top of that an apathetic customer service.
