I was a tenant with them for a year and i had no issues while i was living there for that year. If i had any issues with the home i was always able to call up Desiree and she would help me out right away. Also loved being able to submit any maintenance request on the app and they would get back to me in only a couple of hours. Overall great experience renting with them. I have and will continue to recommend them to others looking to rent.

Ceasar and his crew are amazing. Our water heater went out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. I thought for sure I wasn’t going to hear from anyone until Tuesday. To my pleasant surprise I received a call from Ceasar wanting to come by and diagnose the issue. Ceasar showed up promptly and determined we needed a new water heater. Ceasar and his crew went and purchased a new water heater and came back and installed it quickly. We had hot water within a couple hours of them getting back! I greatly appreciated Ceasar and his crew for their expedited customer service, courtesy and professionalism. If you need something fixed, this is the Team you want!

Octavio has been a great help to us and has always done all that he can to address the issues we've had in the property we are occupying, all issues where addressed in a timely manner. The rating is for him.Why 4 star you ask? Because his limited by the owner/management on what he can do or how to approach a particular issues. If you ask about management that's a diferent rating I would post,but on this post I'm only referring to Octavio and his good work as a mediator

We left Hudson prop man to go to TruDoor recently. The experience has been night and day!!! TruDoor got our rental rented out fast, the listing was better, the communication has been awesome. Ashley and Richard have been great to work with. I only wished we left our other prop management company sooner. We would have literally saved thousands of dollars in delays and back and forth for trying to rent out our properties. Thanks so much TruDoor you guys rock!

This review is specifically regarding the maintenance dept. Octavio has a great team of people helping him solve any maintenance issues that come up quickly and effectively. They are knowledgeable in their trade, courteous, timely and thorough.
