My wife found this organization on social media , we went to the free seminar off Sugarloaf Pkwy at the Marriott, we then signed up for the 3day course for $297. I pulled one of the organizers aside and asked how much is this system , I was told it was from $10k-$40k . The part that is a scam is that they should've told us that the software was XYZ before asking for $297 for a course to explain that we need to buy the software I order to make money. I listened to one day of the session by Coach A who was actually great and very informative but by day two I wanted a refund and they gave me a check for the exact amount we paid , no question no issue, she didn't even blink. So it's not that the system is a scam it's a scam by the way they make you pay $297 and then explain how much it costs to make money. I feel bad for the 120 people at the Marriott in College park right now sitting there listening to this speech not knowing that can't afford for software.

My business partner & I decided to go to a free seminar that advertised a possible chance to learn real-estate business on house flipping and holding property for passive income. That free seminar motivated us to pay $300 for 3 day workshop that would lead people to going into more debt because the cost of the program was between $15,000-$30,000 or $50,000. Overall they did not go into depth or detail about what we thought we could have learned which was nothing. That experience was a waste of time & money ($300) that I would like refunded. We sacrifice our PTO to take off work to attend and had to pay for parking although the parking was discounted it's the fact that we didn't get anything, used PTO and pay for parking.

This workshop was a complete waste of time and money. It felt like a three-hour long infomercial disguised as an educational experience. The presenter breezed through topic after topic, barely scratching the surface of anything, and leaving me with more questions than answers. Every single "learning point" ended with a thinly veiled pitch for their expensive follow-up program. Want to actually learn the skills they teased? Fork over hundreds more dollars. This workshop was nothing more than a glorified sales pitch. Don't waste your time or your money on this bait-and-switch tactic. I left feeling scammed and incredibly disappointed. One star is too much. Your better off listening to podcasts on BiggerPockets and being apart of their community. FOR FREE, NO CARROTS ATTACHED TO A STICK

I’m not sure why there are so many one star reviews. Very puzzling to me. I attended the 2 hour free workshop and was intrigued. I went ahead and invested in the 3 days workshop (I believe it was $297).

I took off work to attend all 3 days. I found the speaker (Ryan C) to be very sincere and extremely knowledgeable. Joe Arias (the founder) was there as well so I got to meet him in person. I found so much value in this, the tiny bit I paid was worth it. They were very upfront and transparent about what they offer and why. Refunds were even offered more than once if you didn’t get anything out of it.

I am glad I went. Made me feel much more comfortable and confident armed with the knowledge I need to start investing in real estate.
