The management company was great. The two times I needed a fix to my apartment they responded promptly to resolve the issue. They even gifted tenants holiday sweets. I highly recommend living in their Lexington Glendale apartment complex. Jana was incredibly nice and helpful! No complaints. If I didn't have to move, I would have lived there for a long time!!

I lived in one of their condo properties for almost 3 years. Brian took great care of our property and resolved issues as soon as we contacted them at no cost to us. They visited the property once a year to ensure everything was working properly and answer any concerns and sent small gift cards for paying the rent on time. They did have a bad receptionist who wouldn’t answer the phone or rely messages on time, that would be my only feedback to them.

Disappointed. Move out or minor changes to a contract are now tried to be charged as much as possible. There's clearly a change in attitude. Do not leave anything assumed to be reasonable from a tenant perspective. Better ask about it.

Coming from a property in which the landlord wouldn't make repairs or expect us to pay out of pocket I was skeptical about Riegel Management Property at first.

Giving our bad experience with our landlord in the past I didn't want to end up in the same position again.

I got a hold of Glenn at RPM so I can look at unit for my family and I. Glenn was incredibly helpful and informative when we met him. In my eyes, Glenn has done more for us than what are old landlord ever did.

I'm thankful for finding RPM and Glenn in our journey to find our own place again! This has been a great experience.

Super friendly team. Very responsive and fair. Sometimes it can be a little tough to get somebody to answer the phone, but they check their messages frequently and so far, in my experience, they have been on the ball.
I'm a tenant and So far I've dealt with Bryan and Jackie. They couldn't be nicer and more responsive. I think I might have stumbled onto the best property management in Pasadena.
