Horrible service, very nice in the beginning but they made my life a nightmare. They never call back when they say they will or at all. They really messed up my policy by keeping an old car that I had sold months ago and not adding my new one after spending a lot of time on the phone adding my new car. I was with all confidence driving around thinking I had insurance on my new car. After everything they said they couldn’t help me get my new car back on. I spent 2 days trying to get to the bottom of thing since they don’t return calls. I WONT RECOMMEND THEM!

La atención en el momento fue muy bien de la Srta Gema Jiménez. El detalle que debian descontar de mi pago automático el mes de la aseguranza. Y resulta que no me agregó mi tarjeta cuando se la di en el momento de comprar la póliza. Ya son 3 veces que pasa, y le toca uno pagar de más por ir a la Oficina a pagar en efectivo. En ese sentido deben tener mejor atención del cliente y tener un datáfono por dónde uno pasár la tarjeta sin tener que dársela directamente al agente para que vea tú información.
