Well I'm one of thier residents, I agree they hire those who truly don't care about the cleanesss of the park. Are tree 🌳 uses to be manicure. Now they look like wild chia pets.

This company it’s not only very unreliable but the managers they hire to manage their parks and the manager that oversees the other managers are all useless!!! Our park is super neglected and they do less and less for our park every year but they make sure to increase our rent. They don’t always abide by the law so stay on top of procedures and make them pay!!! They also break their promises and lie to your face.

I have family that lives in this park and I just want to say the staff has never been anything but kind and understanding. I live in a sister mobile home park and the improvements and changes I’ve seen at both have been night and day. The staff has always been so helpful, and I have never seen any sort of discrimination or bias towards anyone, in this park everyone is treated equally and for that I’m grateful. There’s some bad parks out there but this is definitely not one of them. If you’d like to live somewhere that respects you no matter your age, occupation, income status, or race, I’d definitely recommend Bessire & Casenhiser Inc. And to the staff thank you for being awesome 🙂

This mobile home management company is all about profits with no concern for residents. Companies need to earn an honest buck; I get that. But with no concern for park residents? -- I hope that doesn't represent the attitude of the owners.

You all should be ashamed with how you are making the elderly homeless in the mobile home parks you manage. People 60+ having to sleep in their vehicles? Raising the land rent to $1700/mo on a disabled woman who only gets $1900/month? Just remember: the poor will eat the rich and YOU all are going to make a fabulous fest. Shameful!
