I rarely write a negative review but this one is definitely warranted. Since Athens had failed to pick up one of our cans, I was in discussion with them about a roll out service due to my husband's disability and my inability to pull the heavy cans down the driveway. I had left the cans out an extra day, and I received a violation notice. I called the HOA to discuss the violation stating we never delay in pulling our cans up and received a "you let me talk" response. How does someone state their case if they can not speak. A friendly call asking why the cans were not pulled up would have mitigated the issue instead of a nasty violation letter. Hopefully, this review will allow them to "try to be better" in dealing with the disabled in our community. My vote will always be to remove this group from our HOA.

My community has been with Personal Touch Property Management for over a year now. I have to say changing HOA's was concerning reading these google reviews, however I feel in the year plus we have had Personal Touch things are moving along. The community is getting more answers and items taken care of then the previous management company in a timely manner. I do not have any complaints on the service from Personal Touch.

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL property management company ( family owned) I have ever experienced in my life. This company runs by the owner who controls all the employees and tells them what to do and what t answer to their tenants who live on the property under their management. They love to rise and take the HOA fee every month but bother to fix/ repair the exteriors when they needed to be fixed. They making excuses not to repair any exterior damages. It will take years for them to actually REMEMBER the maintenance was required a year or even longer time ago. Employees working there have no professional knowledge, not working efficiently.

They have been managing our hoa for three plus years now. Professional, honest, great response time, caring and an excellent staff. Doug,the owner is the best. Great job guys.

Absolutely the worst property management to deal with. Every experience with them has been nothing short of a huge disappointment and their level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Very bad upkeeping of the property that I live at, it is in a deteriorating state with wood rot and termites thanks to their lack of maintenance. Any issues that pop up or repairs it takes months or years for it to get done.

Horrible customer services, it was like talking to human robots. No regard for commons sense. They’re the type of people to “justify their” position” with petty fees. Very efficient at this though.

Doug and Derek McCaulley are very professional and knowledgeable. They and their staff are a pleasure to work with. I would give them a 10!!!!
