Allied Assets is a collection arm for JVC Processing, a national SCAM, attempting to collect money from victims by claiming the victim took a Pay Day Loan online and then wrote a bad check to pay it back.
1. We NEVER took a Pay Day Loan in our lives.
2. Allied supplied us with the checking account number we supposedly wrote the check on from Chase Bank. I called Chase Bank. This account has NEVER existed.
3. They claim that JVC Processing is their client. They supposedly own the debt. Allied stated they own the debt now and want over $500. from me or they will take legal action.
4. This SCAM is all over the internet. Simply type in JVC Processing on Google. All of the complaints are exactly the same. "They claim we owe them for a bad check written to JVC for an Online Pay Day Loan.
5. I have filed complaints with LAPD, FBI, CFPA, FTC, SEC, and the BBB on JVC AND ALLIED.
