The management of this place is not good. The neighbors are rude. Management put me in an apartment where the neighbors above me are loud, running around, and just noisy. When I told them about it, they defended my neighbors and ask me to pay $500 to move units. I have seen horrible management but this is pretty bad.

Update: The neighbors are still rude, loud, and noisy. I have made several complaints and even called the curtesy officer, but nothing has been done. One time, I called the curtesy officer and he didn't even show. I have never felt so let down before.

Terrible place to live. Front dumpster is ALWAYS overflowing. Trash all over the complex, especially over the fence in your backyard. We have said something to management twice and they said they would get the guys to “check it out” and nothing has been done about it. (has been there since we moved in a year ago). The pool was closed the second half of summer. They don’t get in a hurry to fix anything. Dishwasher in my apartment sucks it takes two washes to get clean dishes even rinsing plates off before putting them in. The fire alarm in my building has had a dirt dobbers nest since we moved in. Terrible management and just an all around bad place to live for the expensive price. Honestly seems like a section 8 kind of place.

Matt in Maintenance is a 10/10 and I highly recommend. I was not expecting to have any of my work orders completed within the same day that I had put them in. Most maintenance services at Apartment Complexes take forever to get to you. Matt was friendly, attentive, and handled everything very well. Thank you Matt!

This is the worst apartment complex in Alabama. Call it luxury , but nothing luxurious about it. Carpet comes up when you try to vacuum. Have a leak in our closet when it rains. Dumpster out front is a constant eye sore. A/C unit freezes up. Trash scattered all over property. Sign a lease for $1495 and have been charged 1880 every month. My fiance was thrown out of the office for questioning this. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place like the plague

I would rate lower if possible. Do NOT move here. Front dumpster is over flowing from Friday until Tuesdays. What an eye sore! Pool has been closed for 5 weeks since it opened this year. New manager does not return phone calls / messages. Tanning beds have not worked in at least 7 months that I have been here. New manager likes to gossip about previous Manger but she is worse. Definitely not worth the money.

We have lived here 19 months and have absolutely no complaints. The apartments are spacious and wonderful. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. I love the security of the gates and the staff is kind, caring and so accommodating. This is absolutely the best place to live and we never plan to leave. Thank you Kent and Rachel for all you do.

I normally wouldn’t do this but I have tried calling, emailing, and even stopped by to inquire about tenancy for my dear partner. All of this to no avail. With the housing market in shambles you would think there would be more urgency from leasing agencies. Not sure how any of the current tenants made contact with anyone but if you have information please reach out. Thank you.

Believe everything you hear about the bad experiences . It’s not fabricated nor are they isolated events. Terrible mgmt from Javon and his crew . Never should have been sold to westdale .
