My husband and I had the opportunity to rent a beautiful apartment in La Mesa from Priority One. New to renting, Marc and his team were very gracious and helpful throughout our experience. They answered any of our questions, made sure to send in handymen quickly when there was a repair needed in the bathroom, and gave us very straightforward direction on how to leave the apartment in order to get our deposit back in full when it came time to move out. We look forward to hopefully buying through Priority One in the future!

We’ve been with Priority One for the past 6 years, and are well satisfied with their services. They helped us get our properties to market rates, and rental turnover has generally taken place quickly and efficiently. They have also guided some of our renovations, and we have been pleased with the results, and with the cost. Our properties are older, and have had maintenance issues. Priority One is responsive and professional in this regard. Repairs are done in a timely manner. We feel that we have excellent communication with Marc and Dianne, and we feel that our tenants are taken care of!

I’ve had a pleasant experience working with Marc from Priority One. I received military orders to leave San Diego with 30 days notice and Marc was quick to respond and find reliable tenants in my absence.

Priority One is an excellent Property Management company, the best I've ever hired for my rental property. Marc Cohen is professional, friendly, and is an expert realtor and manager. He's always happy to help with any questions that I have, and takes care of all aspects of managing our property i.e. rent collection and increases, upgrades, maintenance, documentation etc.. Highly recommended!

I was optimistic when I met Diana, but we ran into several issues during my short time working with her. She took liberties with maintenance requests without prior approval. Her response times to email/text were irregular. Lastly, her main pricing strategy is mostly just recommending price drops. After terminating our agreement since no tenants were placed within 4 months, I have not gotten my house keys returned after she re-keyed the doors.

Edit: please return my emails/calls about the house keys, since I paid for the re-keying service.
Also luckily, I was able to find a different PM company to rent the house at a price you claimed was too high and were unable (or unwilling) to find tenants at.
