My roommates and I really enjoyed living in one of their properties. The communication was fantastic, whether through text, phone, or email, and everyone we interacted with was kind and easy to talk to. Cynthia was incredibly helpful during the process of finding my new home in LA, providing virtual tours and letting me return to take measurements. The entire transition was smooth and hassle-free.

Dealing with issues in a unit is never fun, but I’ve found that this company is great about taking care of things right away. They keep me updated with texts or emails after a repair to make sure everything is working properly. While occasional delays or changes happen, they stay on top of it, which I appreciate.

Me and my friends loved living in one of there houses! We were ecstatic and really loved how easily it was to call text or email the maintenance guys. They get back to you quick and they also get back to you when the certain part is fixed. No one likes having problems in a unit but they are very professional and can make a big problem just a little less problematic from how they work with you. Plus, they even let you take videos and measure out the units before you even move in! And talking about the move in process, it makes the hardest part of moving way easier and simple. TGA has my approval and I will always use them as my first choice!
