My father hired this property management company to manage his rental unit. My father passed away, I thought well if my dad trusted this man ( Salvatore) to manage the property I can also use him to help sell the house. I have never sold or owned a house and I should not of signed a contract with Salvatore. I could not believe my eyes, the property was in awful shape, someone built a room inside of the garage. He stated" I did not know there was a room in there". The house had dry rot all over the outside, was missing a window, no smoke detectors, stove and oven did not work. I can go on and on. San Diego premier property management had been taking 8% of the rent money to manage this home for over 8 years and never did a walk through inspection. Salvatore did charge my father 1000.00 to call a plumber, but had not done anything else. Whenever I asked the property management questions he would take 4 to 7 days to answer and give a vague answer that never really answered my question. The property manager told me I was trolling when I just wanted to know when the last time he did a inspection was. This man is very unprofessional, took advantage of my father and is truly lazy. He has awful customer service. I will say he finally let us out of our contract to sell the house after acting spoiled and giving the tenants their deposit back knowing they did not deserve it back. The property manager later sent a email acting like we the owners were ok with his decision to give the tenants their money back, we were not but we are happy just to get him out of our life .
