Let's see, first they need a home inspection to give you the policy, then they send you a DIY inspection that doesn't work, they raise your premium because they say that they send a person out to do an inspection ( but they don't) and then when you want to cancel your policy they make you fill out a form before they will cancel it. But to open the policy all they need is a signature!!!! Oh and let's not even talk about getting ahold of anyone there and when you press them for info or want something done they tell you to contact your agent which is with yet another company. I do not suggest anyone going with this company
