El servicio es totalmente pésimo, hace poco tome una póliza donde empecé pagando $218 dólares y luego aumento a $700 por qué la documentación no la enviaron correctamente, ahora intento comunicarme para que me den solución y los asesores solo me cuelgan el teléfono. Pésimo pésimo servicio

Un lugar pésimo , antes de ir a las oficinas llame para preguntar por los requisitos y solo me dijeron que ocupaba 2 y cuando llegue al lugar me pidieron más comprobantes . En la página también dice que solo ocupas 2comprobantes. Y solo juegan con el tiempo de las personas.

Muy mal servicio, tienen personal ineficiente que cometen errores y uno tiene que pagar por sus errores, compre aseguranza y me dieron un precio razonable y resulta que cometieron errores y me llego el bill con otra cantidad mucho mas alta, fui a decirles y no me solucionaron el problema asi que tuve que pagar esa cantidad por que el error ya estaba hecho, que coraje muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo para nada!😡😠

Tengo aseguranza con ellos pero estos meses no retiran el pago de mi targeta e tratado de comunicarme con ellos me dicen que luego me regresan la llamada y no lo hacen y luego no contestan muy mal servicio en caso de accidente asi te responderan ?
