Worst Company! Horrible Customer Service!
I have been coming here for a few years the only reason why I came here was because they offered a lower rate for car insurance that I was able to afford.

Story Time:
I have been trying to get ahold of this company for over a month now and Michael Guadalupe the owner or any of his staff did not have the courtesy to let any of there customers know that this company closed down and I get my car insurance from them. The only reason why I decided to reach out to them is because I received a bill in the mail and noticed it went sufficiently higher keep in mind I haven’t had any tickets nor have I gotten into any a car accidents so as a customer I wanted to contact them to see what is going on. After weeks of me calling and emailing trying to speak or get ahold of anyone and no one answering or responding. I decided to come down to the location and the company is closed down! Now I have no clue if I have car insurance anymore or what’s going on!

Worst worst worst worst !!! Service ever !!! So irresponsible!!! So unprofessional!!! They made a mistake on my insurance policy and now that I got into a car accident it appears that I’m not covered because this agency never put me down on auto pay!! I received letters from the insurance place and they told me to get this fixed so I did ! I went 3 darn Times in person showed them the letter told them what’s going on with my auto pay !! So I payed cash to catch up with the insurance then the receptionist tells me “don’t worry we put you on auto pay , you’re good.. what ever letter you receive just ignore it” so guess what got into an accident and turns out I don’t even got insurance !!! I been trying to get a hold of the broker /owner MIKE of this office and he just gives me the runaround that he will call me in 5mins ,1hr , tomorrow ! Well it’s been a WEEK! and so far I still don’t have a car not covered and insurance won’t talk to me because they say it’s the broker’s office problem they made!!!! Meanwhile I’m screwed !!! They don’t even have a receptionist anymore because all of a sudden she’s not in and the broker is doing Judy trial and the one answering calls and taking messages is the dad ! Rude of course and so unprofessional!!! I don’t recommend!!!
