Do not rent from David. We have had black mold removal he did not accommodate us for our hotel or items lost he was very rude. He did not give me my deposit or reimburse me of any sort. He send me the bill for mold removal. Even after providing him with my daughters doctors notes that the mold was affecting her health he disregarded our life’s. He wanted us to sleep on the floor while they were removing the asbestos. David did not answer any of my calls or concerns DO NOT RENT FROM DAVID!

I have been living in one of Dave's managed properties for the best of 8 years now. I must say that he is a good solid guy to deal with. Pay your rent on time, keep the house/property clean, and you won't have any issues with Dave! Thank you Dave!

I rented from Dave for about 3 years. During that time my apartment was flooded which took 2 weeks for them to repair. Well to make this horrible story short incidents happened at apartment complex after i had already paid for rent. He took advice from a gossipy old lady and came and told me i have 3 days to move out. He then had eviction notices stating i didnt pay the rent ao therefore the eviction. LIAR and he should be ashamed. My advice is to NEVER rent from this horrible man or this company.

We sent our application to Dave. And he keeps saying he's busy and no time to process. Don't understand how this company survives in these years in such bad service.
