Working with Ms. Elizabeth has been nothing short of a nightmare. We’re currently dealing with a solar project, and she’s turned the entire process into a disaster. She’s completely irresponsible—it takes her a month just to submit an application to the board, and every other step is painfully delayed. She doesn’t respond to calls and might, just might, email you back after 10-15 days, if she feels like it. Her management is an absolute joke.

Last summer, our pool was closed the entire season for construction, and the Jacuzzi was shut down for at least 6-7 months. A 4-year-old could manage this better! And all of this while we’re paying $550 a month to this HOA? It’s ridiculous! I’ve already talked to a few neighbors, and they’re just as fed up. I’m going to start gathering signatures to switch our HOA company—enough is enough!

Incredibly frustrating company to work with. Tried to get a statement balance on our HOA dues. They claimed I wasn’t shown as owner (husband and I co-own). Husband emailed, we both left messages, sent photos of prop tax stmt showing in trust, sent deed showing property APN with us as co-owners, sent copies of trust. Ananda *still* wouldn’t release our credit balance. Had to keep calling back to avoid her voice mail and only when she heard my husbands voice live would she give out the one number we requested. What a waste of time and money for this *service*

It is very evident based on all 1 star ratings how worst this HOA is. There should be option to give 0 star ratings too & this elite management deserves a big ZERO.

Only suck the money out of people & leave the homeowners to the mercy of daily pleading. How can an HOA be so irresponsible where there is no accountability for any property issues.

Please beware of this so un-elite & dishonest property management company.

I live in Rancho Bernardo and I cannot get a straight answer on termites and damage to my property for more than 3 years. We've had our home sprayed for termites multiple times but no one can seem to tell me what I'm supposed to do about pieces of my house and fence falling apart from termite damage. Any work that's being done is unscheduled and no one ever tells us it's happening so people just randomly show up at our house ready to do work. Recently someone came out to start replacing our fence and randomly stopped because apparently Elite Management told them it wasn't their responsibility to fix it (after the company already started taking a part my fence). Then when I called they said it WAS their responsibility yet NO ONE has contacted me about replacing the fence after MONTHS of repeated calls and emails. It's fantastic to move to a beautiful part of the city where you pay a good amount in HOA monthly fees hoping that some of the homeowner responsibilities will be assisted with and not getting the work you want done. I hope they can turn this around because it's incredibly unfortunate.

They will gladly accept your money and send out late bills but that’s about it. When I had a problem in the condominium that required their advice, my emails and messages were met with silence. Why exactly my HOA pays them a fee I have no idea. I truly wish they would contact me and resolve my issues and I will gladly change this review.

Sadly, my complaints mirror most of the 1-star reviews in this thread: this organization simply does not care for their customer. In addition, they basically understand their customer to be only the person who pays them directly, namely, condo owners. However, from a broader professional perspective, residents of their HOA communities, people who pay rent to the actual homeowners, are indeed part of their customers pool, although they receive no recognition nor regard pertaining to their complaints. It always dumbfounds me how a manager or owner does not care about their customers reviews, which represent the public's perception of the quality of their services. I guess that, as long as the money keeps on flowing, people's complaints are not deserving of anyone's attention within this organization. Frankly, very sad. As a homeowner, I would never want to deal with such poor customer service. Unfortunately, as a renter, I do not have a choice.

Not very impressed with their customer service. Some representatives were somewhat responsive, but communication was very poor and barely any warning was given on policy changes. The management team seems very disorganized,

100% USELESS! I never get a reply or help with resolving an issue at the condo we own. It's pathetic that they can't return an e-mail at all after multiple attempts!
