I have been working with several insurance agents in the past. Jessica Liu Insurance service provides way better service and prices. They are always professional, prompt and efficient. Recently, I had to file an auto claim, they have been great in helping me with the claim reporting and keeping me updated along the way. I highly recommend Jessica and Xylia who wrote me a homeowner policy this year. They came to our rescue when we were closing a house.

At first we shopped with a different broker, and lender asked for 2 small fixes. They were unable to correct the loan number in 24 hours. I was stressed out making tons of calls, SMS and emails, to no avail. As my locked rate would expire immediately, I was prepared to pay $100+ to extend the locked mortgage rate. Then came Jessica to put out the fire. She and Xylia quickly wrote me a policy, and we were able to get the loan funded on time. Phew! I am very impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness.

They are professional with their knowledge, and they are consistent with the quality of their service all the time.
Unlike many other insurance brokers, they do a lot of work when my policies are up for renewal. They do give me advices when my insurance renewal premium goes higher than it should be; by the same time they list several quotes for me to decide.
