I’ve come into this branch twice since I moved to the area. It’s definitely a smaller than usual one, but I kind of like that and the staff has been so so nice and helpful both times I’ve come in. I especially would like to recognize Jennifer. I came in clueless how to go about doing my car loan process now that I had an approval. I lost my mom not too long ago and not having her guidance and help with getting my first car on my own has been overwhelming. Jennifer went above and beyond to help me, answer questions, and provided an almost maternal type of energy I personally really needed 🥹. Can’t thank her enough!

Wonderful to meet Alex (greeted me upon entry). He also mentioned the FREE coin machine for making change into paper currency. Some machines do charge a percentage on the dollar and at SFFCU its complimentary.

Service was decent and the building, interior and bank overall was clean and spiffy. Blue skies and fluffy clouds were hanging out in San Juan Capistrano that day. Conveniently located off of the 5 freeway.

The ATM machine accepts checks---no envelope required. This small credit union catering to educators is a wonderful place to do business and this location is the third that I have interacted with over many years.

Aside from the ATM, there is not much here. This is a branch that they trimmed way down a year or so ago. The new bank is on del Obispo Street about 1 mile away.
