I was recently looking for an apartment in the area. I looked at many places and was not satisfied. The rents were often to high or the actual places were sub par. I found Bayfair apartments and I just walked in. The complex was nice and clean and the staff were just as nice and welcoming. It was an easy process. I applied, looked at a unit and was approved that day. I recommend Bayfair apartments to anyone who is looking to rent in the local area.

Carrie gave us a tour of the available unit. She was very informative and answered all my questions. They have an elevator which is important to me. The units looked great as did the complex. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I have never encountered living at an apartment complex with such greedy and unfair business practices and ethics in my whole life.

Communication with the on-site property manager is pretty much nonexistent. I have had to rely on email communication with a property manager I've never met from Walnut Creek to resolve all my issues. If I do try to resolve my issues in person, I have to constantly go downstairs with my issues just to check if they're open and consistently check up on them if they're being done, which is incredibly inconvenient. It took them two years and a lot of complaining just to remove an application fee that we've already paid.

They admit they made a mistake on my new lease but refuse to remove extraneous fees on our account. They did not give us an itemized list of charges on our security deposit, instead they used it for other reasons without notifying us. Promises were made by a previous property management to remove late fees from our account but they simply refuse to honor it.

I enjoyed living at our apartment for two years but I am so upset with how they decide to treat us as we've never been late with our rent or given them any problems as tenants.

Packages get stolen here. Plus they say they have security but I get emails about car break ins all the time. I once emailed them about homeless people digging through our trash and didn't receive a response.

I scheduled our final inspection with the new property manager, Christina, and she even forgot about it. LOL. We had to wait 40 minutes for the other one to get off.

Bottom line, I would never recommend my loved ones to live here.

I lived in an apartment here for a year and a half, and overall it was a good experience! I didn't have a lot of issues, and Deleshia in the front office was always very nice and helpful.

The only issues were in terms of communication; sometimes there wasn't a lot of warning for things, and it often took a long time for changes to be made to leases, or things to be followed up on. Anything super important thought was usually dealt with in a timely manner, but we'd sometimes have to ask more than once.

We moved out just because we were moving out of state, not because of any issues with the apartment. I went on here and was surprised to see some negative reviews, most of which are really old, so I wanted to balance them out a bit!

Unless you want to loose money do not rent here . Scammers . For starters management is horrible . They never wanna answer their phone and instead always want to email . You won’t get your holding deposit back . the apartment also gives you the run around . Told me I didn’t get approved brought a co signer and lied to my co-signer . Just point blank a horrible apartment, they don’t even deserve 1 star . Save your money and go somewhere else not worth it.
