Take time to read the messages as well(If you rent and need maintenance call the city and you will be added to like about 10 cases the city has against them for not keeping up with maintenance) (legally you can go to court and open a unscrew account and until they don’t fix the issues the court will not pay them the rent and they can’t legally evict you as well) Don't rent in Willie James jones, it's full of roaches and management is not doing their job only way they will do their job is if you report it to the city, only good person there is Shane property manager but Kristy ignored court proof of a tenant attacking 3 other tenants if you want to get harassed and threatened then rent here but its a mess not humane at all! Run don't rent here, also you will come home to your parking spot being taken and not being able to call a tow truck, laundry mat is full of nasty water only one washer works, in sight manager unfortunately can't help any tenants either because he will have to go through the portfolio manager and she doesn't care to even reply or call back! Run don't rent here

PLEASE READ. I will give you the truth about this property management company. In short, most of the reviews that outline the negatives are accurate.

Pros - rent is relatively cheap”ish”. I was able to purchase a 2nd parking spot. Property manager did the bare minimum and gave us a small discount off two months of rent due to ROACH issue that’s persisted for 9 months.

CONS: I moved in with roaches in June 2024. I reported roaches approximately 6-9 times. I have received treatments now 7-8 times of the last 8 months. That’s about 1 treatment per month. I’ve had and still have most of my kitchen belongs in boxes because of this issue. I have requested the prop manager to break the lease with no cost since we moved in with roaches and treatments did not help, but the manager was not open to the request. He has since then stopped replying to my emails. I will say for the most part he’s been professional in his tone, but not professional in assisting a tenant that’s lived with roaches for several months. He even implied the roach issue was because of me. However, I confirmed with the neighboring tenants they have roach issues as well.

I would highly recommend renting a unit with Constellation and scheduling your tours through Sam! Their online portal is easy to use and convenient for paying rent. Any maintenance ticket I have placed has been replied to within a day. I have even had the misfortune of being locking myself out of my unit after business hours, but these guys still came through and got me back in my apartment so fast! The employees at Constellation, especially Sam and the maintenance staff have been very pleasant to deal with. They have always responded to me quickly and been on time. Sam was always super professional even after I moved into my unit. He helped me out so much and I can never thank him enough for being so caring and attentive to my requests for help and Information during the leasing process and after moving into my apartment. God Bless

I just wanted to say Samuel is a marvelous manager at the apartment complex I decided to call home. He is always super quick to respond to my questions about the property or any maintenance problems I encounter 24/7. He is easily one of the most attentive and professional property managers I’ve ever experienced. He really goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy at our complex and I can’t thank him enough for his continued effort at providing the best customer service possible to the entire community. He cares about everyone’s living experience and comfort here more than anything. I feel so grateful and lucky to have him as our on-site manager.

Our first phone conversation was pleasant and informative.
