Cindy and her entire team are some of the rudest and most difficult people to deal with I’ve ever encountered. Every time something is wrong with my rental it takes me checking in and following up repeatedly to even get a response, much less some action from them. If you have the option to not deal with her, I’d take it!

We have rented from Cindy now going on our fifth year. I travel for work a tremendous amount. It is very important to me that I know my family is taken care of when I am gone, should anything arise. Cindy has been nothing but gracious and attentive. I cannot think of one thing ever that something went wrong that wasn't immediately fixed, solved or replaced. We plan on staying for several more years and couldn't be happier. Her staff communicates directly with me by text because they know I only have wi-Fi service a lot of the time. It is comforting to know that they are willingly and able to bend as needed to take care of me and my family. I strongly recommend Cindy.

Cindy Absmeier is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. We rented through her for two years and ultimately decided to end our lease because of her.
An example of her lack of professionalism is I tried to call her (after she did not return my calls or texts) and when she answered she began yelling at me, would not let me speak, and anytime I tried to get a word in she would interrupt me and she then ended the call by HANGING UP on me.
I would not recommend working with her and am extremely disappointed that Haven Properties would allow this kind of unprofessionalism in their employee.
