They are very professional and knowledgeable about Tenant/Landlord Laws in the Bay Area (specifically, Oakland). They always have my best interest at heart. They sent me notifications in a timely manner, they give me all the options, and they're very responsive to my requests as a landlord. The company is very unprofessional. The team allows the managers to take advantage of HOA that depend on their advice. Instead they harass, overcharge and fail to stop 🛑 interfering with the community. They also allowed our manager to utilize her husband with no bids and compromise our safety. The manager grace and Leanne are completely unethical. Gary ignored the complaints

This property management group refuses to answer the phone. The receptionist Nellie is extremely rude and judgmental when she does answer the phone . I have called numerous times due to a roach infestation in my neighbors unit. The issue has gotten out of hand for me and gives me so much stress with no help from them. When reaching out they don't respond and if they respond they don't know which property you're talking about even with giving them your address. They responded in a email once saying " which property we deal with a lot of roaches" (just to give you an idea of who you're working with).

He is professional and has NEVER fallen short of stellar customer service. He has a great understanding of the needs and priorities of property owners. In addition, I’m truly grateful for Steve’s support and expertise in working with the federal government housing program. I never have to worry about annual increases because he always ensures that I receive top rents for my property.
