What started with just car insurance has now expanded to include coverage for our home, vacation home, and all our vehicles—automobiles and motorcycles alike.

Beyond just being our insurance agents, Richard and Christa have become friends. They've always prioritized our best interests over business or profit, which is rare to find these days. Unlike my previous SF agent, getting a hold of Darcy is extremely easy, and it only gets better from there. Not only do they get me the best rates and answer all my insurance questions, but they also make adding new policies a seamless process. Switching agents to this office is one of the best decisions I’ve made. I haven’t had an interaction with them where I felt unprepared and confused regarding my vehicle policies.

I've been a client of this State Farm insurance office for over 20 years. It's kind of crazy how consistently great the service has been. I've had car accident claims, with everything taken care of efficiently, and lately have had so much personalized assistance with a variety of tasks that weren't really directly their job. It's been the same folks taking care of us over all these years (especially Christa--thanks so much!!), so there's been continuity of service that is rare in this business, and they're really experienced and true professionals. State Farm has been great (no issues with claims--always quick to cover everything with high-quality services, which is a relief when an accident happens), and Richard Dong's office has specifically always been so on top of everything that it has simplified our lives to have all our insurance bundled with them. Highly recommend!
