Banking at this location is usually quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love going in a place where the know you by name. Parking is almost always available and I haven't seen a line at the ATM. It has a hometown feel and the staff is eager to assist in any way possible. I always thought a bank was a bank, but this bank is not your generic bank, it's personal and professional.

I am writing off of my husband's Yelp account. I just wanted to leave a message of how well I was treated at the Golden 1 Credit Union here in San Luis Obispo!! Adam was fast, efficient and very informative. I had a wonderful visit into this branch and would definitely go back if I needed anything. Right now we are just working on a savings account.

I wish I could give this bank more than 5 stars. Absolutely the best banking experience I've ever had! From customer service to all the services they offer, I'm beyond happy with it all. Will NEVER go back to "big" banks again!

It's an ok bank. The webite leaves a lot to be desired and often hard to find what you want. They will answer phones and be helpful though if you want to go that route.
