I applied for an apartment with Fenix424 by Trion Living on November 28, 2024. As part of their application process, I was required to pay a $45 non-refundable application fee and a $300 holding fee. When I later decided not to move forward, I requested a refund of the $300 holding fee. On December 9, 2024, a representative assured me that a check would be mailed ASAP. As of February 4, 2025 I have yet to receive my refund.
Despite multiple follow-ups, they continue to delay the return of my money. If this is how they handle deposits, I can’t imagine how they treat actual tenants. Be cautious before giving them any money!

If I could give zero stars I would. Management and corporate do NOT address any concerns. The building is loud and dirty. Live elsewhere!

I've only been here a few months but the complex is great. Everyone has been super friendly, it's dog friendly but surprisingly not a whole ton of barking. The noise levels are very low- I can hear minimal hallway and outside noises + windows are double paned. The only bummer about this place is that they don't currently have compost or guest parking.
