This Meriwest branch may be tiny, but it always provides excellent customer service. You will need to figure out which time of the day works for and has the least amount of customers because the wait time in line can get a little longer than expected, but it’s usually not that long. The environment here is quaint and the employees are very caring and kind.

I needed a new debit card printed. Teller kept repeating that they couldn’t print me a card and I needed to go to a different location farther away. I had fraudulent charges that made my account into the negatives. I had little to no gas in my car and went to this location because it was the closest. She refused to hear what I was saying and offer any assistance. Horrible experience. Once I resolve the fraudulent activity I will be closing my accounts.

Mylinh is always very helpful, courteous and professional when I am dealing with her at the Hillsdale branch she also recommended I open a CD & Money market account which I took her advise and did and it is nice to have someone looking out for my best interests she is a Big asset for Meriwest and for Meriwest members. Another great visit to my Credit Union. No matter what branch I go to its the same excellent Customer Service. I also bank with Chase and Wells Fargo which are good too.
